MY DAILY ROUTINE .
1 – I GET UP AT 6:00.
2 – I GET DRESSED.
3 -I WILL MAKE BREAKFAST.
4 – I GO TO PILATES AT 7:00, EVERY OTHER DAY.
5 – I GO TO WORK BY CAR.
6 – I START WORK AT 8:00.
7 – I BUY GOODS FOR JAC COSMETICOS.
8- I HAVE LUNCH AT 1:00 P.M.
9 – I GO BACK TO WORK AT 2:00 P.M.
10 – I WRITE E-MAILS AND DOES OFFICE WORK.
11 – I COOKS DINNERS.
12 – I DO THE DISHES.
13 – I WATCHES TV.
14 – I GO TO SLEEP AT 10:00 P.M.
This is my routine:
I work in the hospital Santa Clara every other day.
I wake up at 5:15 a.m; drink a cup of coffee, work, lunch at work and come back home at 6:15 p.m.
At home cook dinner, to take a shower, read my book and sleep.
When I don’t work, I watch TV and go to the gym.
On weekends I visit my family in Torrinha.
I think it’s this.
My routine is nothing routine- it’s crazy
I wake up at 7 am every morning. After that, I brush my teeth, take a shower, I and get dressed. I brush hair and put on some make-up.
I go to work at school at 7.50 am, because there I work as teacher. I usually drive to work. I have lunch at noon. I go to work at another school in another city. In the afternoon I always check my e-mails and messages on WhatsApp…
I go home at 5:00 p.m and make dinner, then, at :18:00 p.m I feed my dog.
But, after, I have English classes with beautiful teacher Silvia.
At 10.p.m I chill out on the sofá, because on Tuesday, in the evening I watch TV, I love to watch series. Oh my God, I remember that before I sleep I do the dishes. I also read and write poetry at midnight, and then faint.
Every day I get up at 7 am to prepare breakfast and start work at 8 am. I currently work at home since the beginning of the pandemic. My routine is hectic with meetings and strategic planning with the team. At 12 pm I stop for lunch and rest, returning to activities from 1 pm until 5 pm. Sometimes in the week I do physical activity to move around. I like to be with family and friends on the weekends and so I have lived during that period.

EL PODER DE LA MOTIVACIÓN:
La fuerza de voluntad y el esfuerzo se entrenan día a día, convirtiendo los comportamientos en hábitos y con la habituación disminuye la sensación de esfuerzo. Cuando el niño es capaz de comprender por qué debe hacer algo y siente motivación para hacerlo, el hábito del trabajo y el esfuerzo se convierte en valor que dirige su conducta y sus decisiones en la vida, es por este motivo que debemos fomentar el esfuerzo de los padres para que el niño aprenda a esforzarse si observa la alegría con que los adultos se esfuerzan por cumplir bien su trabajo.
